Step 1:
Access the Freakish Gains App
Click the invite link in your confirmation email or on the thank you page after purchase. Accept the invite
and create your account. Download the Bridge app (available on iOS + Android) and scan QR code for a walkthrough video on using the app.
Pro Tip: Save your login credentials somewhere safe — you’ll need them for every session.
Step 2:
Confirm Your Program
If you purchased a Starter Plan, you’ll see Phase 1 (V1) of your chosen Blueprint. Stick with this 4-week
block before moving on. If you joined a Membership, you’ll see your Blueprint’s full progression (V1 ®
V12). Each phase unlocks monthly to keep you progressing. Important: Stay in your lane. Don’t bounce
between programs — consistency is what drives results.
Step 3: Open Your First Session
Inside the app, go to your Dashboard. Your first workout will already be scheduled. Click into it ® follow
the videos + instructions ® log your results. Pro Tip: Don’t overthink it. Show up, follow the plan, trust
the process.
Step 4: Know the Tools You Have
Every program comes with: Video demos for every exercise, notes + coaching cues built into each
session, and progress tracking so you can see your gains over time.
